Often people have a need for legal information and a person with whom to consult to sort through their options, but for many reasons are reluctant to seek the advice of an attorney. Because we limit our practice to mediation and consultation services, the client is able to obtain information from a licensed attorney and discuss his or her options with a professional, without the risk of losing control over the situation.

Obtain the necessary information to make effective decisions
Identify and assess the options
Design negotiation strategies

Fees are charged on an hourly basis with no retainer.
